Common Topics

  • Account issues: If you can't log in or lost access to your account, email us with your artist name.
  • Switching accounts: You can add and switch between multiple artist accounts from your Artist Profile. Signing back into a remembered account is instant; otherwise you'll be asked to log in again.
  • Bug reports: Describe what happened, what device you're using, and your iOS version.
  • Data deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your account and all associated data.

BeStar Offline is a single-player mobile game that simulates the music industry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address and artist name, used to create and secure your account.
  • Profile Photo: An optional photo you choose to upload for your artist profile.
  • Game Data: Songs, albums, tours, and career progress, synced so you can keep playing across devices.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Save and restore your career progress.
  • Let you switch between multiple artist accounts on the same device.
  • Respond to support requests.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google). Passwords you choose to remember for quick account switching are stored securely on your own device and are never sent to us.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data, or contact us with any privacy questions.

By downloading or using BeStar Offline, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BeStar Offline.

Acceptable Use

  1. You will not impersonate other users or abuse game features.
  2. You will not use automated tools, bots, or cheat systems of any kind.
  3. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or its servers.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may create and switch between multiple artist accounts, subject to the limits shown in the app.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after any update means you accept the revised terms.
